NEW - An entire range of HiPP baby food jars is recalled in Austria ‌over safety concerns that the "jars were tampered" with and "it cannot be ruled out that ​a dangerous substance was introduced into the ​product."

UPDATE - Police in Austria say they were warned about the risk following investigations in Germany and confirm that rat poison was found in a sample of the product, ​with similar jars seized by police in the Czech Republic ‌and ⁠Slovakia.
