JUST IN - Gunshots reported inside the Phillipine Senate, as armed forces enter the building where Bato dela Rosa, took refuge, after ICC issued a warrant for his arrest on suspicion of "crimes against humanity." Rosa is former Police Chief and enforcer of former President Duterte's "war on drugs."
